Can I get a refund if I did not get results or have not used my Socioh subscription?

Unless you’re a first-time subscriber covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, Socioh does not offer refunds

We are a DIY tool that does not guarantee results for your ads’ performance.

If you are unable to use Socioh for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Despite our best efforts, it is difficult for us to entertain refund requests raised after you have been billed.

If you believe you have been wrongly billed, or face any issues accessing your account, please get in touch with our in-app support team.

NOTE: Socioh’s 60-day money-back guarantee is valid only for first-time stores who request a refund within 60 days, before being billed for their third month.
