When you connect your Meta account to Socioh for the first time, you will be asked to grant us a few permissions. These will allow you to manage & catalogs and feeds, and access Analytics via Socioh.
Do make sure you give us access to all permissions requested to seamlessly create & publish catalogs, and gather analytics via Socioh.
NOTE: Socioh uses your own Meta Business Manager and Ads Account for your ads, and all ad costs are paid directly to Meta.
Here’s more on what each permission means:
- Manage your businesses:
This will give us access to Business Manager accounts you own or have been granted access to. We use this to save the catalogs you create on Socioh to your Meta account. - Access analytics:
Access to your ad account enables Socioh to show your ad & campaign performance directly on your dashboard and under the “Analytics” tab.
