When you connect your Meta account to Socioh for the first time, you will be asked to grant us a few permissions. These will allow you to create and manage ads via Socioh.
Do make sure you give us access to all permissions requested, in order to seamlessly create and publish ads via Socioh.
NOTE: Socioh uses your own Meta Business Manager and Ads Account for your ads, and all ad costs are paid directly to Meta.
Here’s more on what each permission means:
- Manage your businesses:
This will give us access to Business Manager accounts you own or have been granted access to. We use this to save the catalogs you create on Socioh to your Meta account.
- Manage your ads:
This gives us the ability to manage the ads for ad accounts you own or have been granted access to. We use this to create ads on your behalf and also to show you how each ad you run is performing.
- Manage your pages:
This gives us the ability to access Facebook pages you own or have been granted access to. We use this along with the ‘Publish as your pages‘ permission to post content on your behalf.
- Publish as your pages:
This gives us the ability to post, comment, and like as any of the published pages you own or have been granted access to. We use this along with the ‘Manage your pages‘ permission to create, schedule, and post content on your behalf.
If you have more questions about these permissions, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always happy to elaborate. You can also manage these permissions from the Business Integrations page on your Facebook account.
