If your store is built on Shopify, the payments for your subscription are made directly via Shopify’s app store and the fee will be reflected in your monthly invoice with Shopify.
Stores on other platforms have to add a card for their payment method. This is also the case if you’re whitelisting our app or are on a feed, custom, or service plan. Please get in touch with our in-app support using the chat icon on your dashboard if you need help.
