How can I reconnect my FB account to Socioh?

Sometimes, Socioh loses permission to control the catalogs or supplementary feeds you have created through its dashboard. This happens when your Facebook account tokens expire, or if change your password(s).

When this happens, you should get an alert from Socioh asking you to reconnect your Meta account. If you get such an alert here’s what to do:

1. Visit your Socioh dashboard. You should see a prompt to reconnect your Meta account. If you don’t, click on “Settings” on the bottom left of your screen.

2. Here, find the “Meta” tab and you’ll see a prompt to reconnect.

3. After you’ve reconnected, you must confirm your account settings and save them.

That’s it. Your catalogs and supplementary feeds will now continue to sync.
