I am a subscriber user, but I’m being asked to upgrade. Do I need to pay extra?
You may see a prompt to upgrade if you’re subscribed to an older plan, or your monthly revenue has grown enough to put you in a higher pricing tier.
We encourage you to upgrade to avail of our product updates and white-glove services.
Once you upgrade, the extra amount will automatically be adjusted at the end of your current billing cycle.
After that, you will be charged for the higher tier on an ongoing basis (based on your monthly billing cycle).
