No, Socioh does not charge any amount in addition to the subscription fee for its tool and design services.

Does Socioh's pricing include account management and reporting?

Socioh’s subscription plans do not include account management. However, as design is an iterative process, our team will work closely with you while you test our Branded Catalogs. This includes design support and initial reporting on your catalog ads’ performance.

Does the subscription cover the cost of running Meta ads?

No, Socioh’s subscription plans pay exclusively for the use of our powerful advertising tools. Any ad costs incurred are over and above the cost of the subscription and paid directly to Meta.

Will I be using Socioh via my Meta Business Manager and paying Meta directly for ads?

Yes, you will notice that Socioh requires permissions to connect your Meta Business Manager and Ad Account. This is because all ad campaigns made through Socioh’s dashboard are set up directly in your Meta Ads Manager. Finally, yes all ad costs are paid directly to Meta.

Will I be charged extra as a percentage of ad spend or for any upsells once I subscribe?

No, Socioh’s subscription plans do not have any hidden charges or upsells.

We maintain complete transparency and the only time you will be prompted to upgrade is if your revenue grows enough to put you in a higher tier.

Is Socioh right for me? How do I get started with Socioh?

When am I billed?

You’ll be billed monthly, beginning on the date you start your subscription with us. However, in the case of Shopify users, this may reflect in your invoice based on your Shopify billing cycle. Users of our annual plans are billed a lump sum at the beginning of their subscription.

How am I billed? Do I get charged all at once if I subscribe to your annual plan?

Socioh’s subscription plans are billed monthly. For example, if you subscribed on the 16th of September, you’ll be charged again a month from then on the 16th of October. Annual plans, which are available for Etsy stores, are billed for the entire duration at the beginning of the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Socioh dashboard and go to “Subscriptions” in the bottom left corner. Once you do, you will be able to see the plan you are subscribed to, under which you will have the option to cancel your subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? How long is my plan valid?

You may cancel your subscription at any point. Your plan will be in effect for the entire subscription period, till the day before the date of renewal.

How do I pay for Socioh? Do I need a credit card?

If your store is built on Shopify, the payments for your subscription are made directly via Shopify’s app store and the fee will be reflected in your monthly invoice with Shopify.

Stores on other platforms have to add a card for their payment method. This is also the case if you’re whitelisting our app or are on a feed, custom, or service plan. Please get in touch with our in-app support if you need help.

I got billed incorrectly. How do I get help?

If you’ve been billed incorrectly, please write to our support team using the in-app chat icon located at the bottom-right corner of your Socioh screen.

Can I get a refund if I did not get results or have not used my Socioh subscription?

Unless you’re a first-time subscriber covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, Socioh does not offer refunds. 

We are a DIY tool that does not guarantee results for your ads’ performance.

If you are unable to use Socioh for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Despite our best efforts, it is difficult for us to entertain refund requests raised after you have been billed.
