How do Socioh’s pricing plans work?

Socioh’s pricing plans are based on your total online revenue.

All plans include white-glove design support, A/B tests, and performance reports. We work with your brand and performance teams to ensure pixel-perfect DPAs that boost ROAS.

We don’t believe in forced contracts. Our plans are billed monthly with no lock-in or contract so you have the freedom to cancel at any time.

Does Socioh offer a free trial?

No, Socioh does not offer a free trial.

Our team works like an extension of your team. Unlike other apps, we spend considerable time and effort ensuring you have the correct catalog setup and creating custom designs for your brand to guarantee your success.

All our clients get white-glove design services, which we cannot offer with a free trial.

However, we don’t have a lock-in period and work on month-to-month contracts, so you can cancel your subscription anytime.

Does Socioh charge a percent of my ad spend in addition to the amount I pay for my subscription?

No, Socioh has a transparent and flat pricing structure based on your total online revenue.

NOTE: All charges for running ads on Meta (or other platforms) are paid directly to the platform — these are not included in the cost of Socioh’s subscription.

Does Socioh’s pricing include account management and reporting?

Socioh’s pricing includes complete design and testing support for your catalog ads.

While we do not run or manage ads for you, our team will work with you closely on design, catalog setup, testing strategies, and performance reporting to help you find success with dynamic ads. 

Our white-glove design services, domain expertise (we’re the industry leader in feed-based ads), and continued support set us apart.

Billing
When am I billed?

You’ll be billed monthly, beginning on the date you start your subscription with us. However, in the case of Shopify users, this may reflect in your invoice based on your Shopify billing cycle.
Users of our annual plans are billed a lump sum at the beginning of their subscription.

How am I billed? Do I get charged all at once if I subscribe to your annual plan?

Socioh’s subscription plans are billed monthly. For example, if you subscribed on the 16th of September, you’ll be charged again a month from then on the 16th of October. Annual plans, which are available for Etsy stores, are billed for the entire duration at the beginning of the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Socioh dashboard and go to “Subscriptions” in the bottom left corner. Once you do, you will be able to see the plan you are subscribed to, under which you will have the option to cancel your subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? How long is my plan valid?

You may cancel your subscription at any point. Your plan will be in effect for the entire subscription period, till the day before the date of renewal.

How do I pay for Socioh? Do I need a credit card?

If your store is built on Shopify, the payments for your subscription are made directly via Shopify’s app store and the fee will be reflected in your monthly invoice with Shopify.

Stores on other platforms have to add a card for their payment method. This is also the case if you’re whitelisting our app or are on a feed, custom, or service plan. Please get in touch with our in-app support if you need help.

I got billed incorrectly. How do I get help?

If you’ve been billed incorrectly, please write to our support team using the in-app chat icon located at the bottom-right corner of your Socioh screen.

Can I get a refund if I did not get results or have not used my Socioh subscription?

We are a DIY tool that does not guarantee results for your ads’ performance.

If you are unable to use Socioh for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. Despite our best efforts, it is difficult for us to entertain refund requests raised after you have been billed.

If you believe you have been wrongly billed, or face any issues accessing your account, please get in touch with our in-app support team.
