Socioh’s subscription plans are billed monthly. For example, if you subscribed on the 16th of September, you’ll be charged again a month from then on the 16th of October. Annual plans, which are available for Etsy stores, are billed for the entire duration at the beginning of the subscription.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Socioh dashboard and go to “Subscriptions” in the bottom left corner. Once you do, you will be able to see the plan you are subscribed to, under which you will have the option to cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any point. Your plan will be in effect for the entire subscription period, till the day before the date of renewal.
If your store is built on Shopify, the payments for your subscription are made directly via Shopify’s app store and the fee will be reflected in your monthly invoice with Shopify.
Stores on other platforms have to add a card for their payment method. This is also the case if you’re whitelisting our app or are on a feed, custom, or service plan. Please get in touch with our in-app support if you need help.
