How do I set up the Sales Recovery campaign?

Use Socioh’s ready-to-use campaigns to set up the Sales Recovery campaign.

To do so;

  1. Click on “Campaigns” on the left panel in Socioh’s dashboard,
  2. Now select “Retargeting Campaigns”.
  3. You will see the option to create the Sales Recovery campaign right up top.

How do I decide the audience and creative for my Dynamic Product Ad (DPA)?

The Sales Recovery campaign is designed to target your “hottest website visitors” with a full-shop Branded Catalog.

Who are your hottest visitors? Typically, these include cart abandoners and engaged viewers, or users who’ve spent time browsing one or more of your product listings, adding products to their carts, etc.

Socioh automatically segments your Facebook pixel traffic to suggest your best audiences under its ready-to-use campaign suggestions.

Steps to set up your first retargeting ad using Socioh: 

  1. Go to the ‘Campaigns’ tab from Socioh’s left menu.
  2. Now click on ‘Retargeting Campaigns’ under our ready-to-use campaign menu.
  3. Pick the first, or the ‘Sales Recovery’ campaign, and click on ‘Create’.
  4. Choose a full-shop carousel as your creative, add a caption, and Save your ad. TIP: Use a full-store Branded Catalog with logo.
  5. Finally, adjust the budget and hit publish.

Your retargeting campaign will now be published on your Facebook Ads Manager. However, it may take up to up to 72 hours to start spending, while Facebook approves and optimizes the campaign for delivery.
