Socioh currently works with stores on the following platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy (now deprecated), and BigCommerce.
Here’s how you can connect your store:
1. Go to Socioh.
2. Log in using your Facebook personal account.
3. Click on the platform on which you have a shop and follow the instructions.
If, however, you aren’t connected to any of the above platforms, you can share your product feed in an XML or CSV file, and we will set up the store for you.
Note:
- A Facebook business page CANNOT be used to create a login. You need to use a personal account.
- We don’t save your Facebook password. It’s only to create a login.
- Please make sure that you use an active Facebook account for creating a login.
