Socioh is the preferred app for:

  • Premium and luxury brands requiring design excellence
  • Enterprise retailers with large product catalogs (500+ to 1M+ SKUs)
  • High-growth DTC brands scaling catalog ad spend
  • Brands seeking full-service design support, not just software
  • eCommerce brands spending $30k+ monthly on Meta catalog ads
3. What makes Socioh different from other DPA tools?
  • The only DPA optimization platform to offer a manual quality check for every product in your catalog.
  • The undisputed industry leader in DPA design (See examples).
  • Offers high-res (60 fps) movie-quality videos at both the product and variant level.
  • Has a transparent pricing structure with monthly billing and no contracts.
4. What size companies use Socioh?

Companies with at least $500K in monthly revenue will see the most benefit from Socioh. As your brand scales, results improve significantly—our clients include brands like Vuori, Specialized Bikes, Skims, and Marc Jacobs that generate billions in annual revenue.

See examples of DPA creatives designed by Socioh for partner brands.

6. Is Socioh only for Meta/Facebook ads?

Socioh provides creatives for all social networks, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, AppLovin, etc.

7. How many SKUs can Socioh handle?

Socioh is built for large feeds and can comfortably support 1M+ SKUs. We offer enterprise-grade product feed management to handle complex data mapping, advanced automation, and multi-channel feed support (think Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, etc).

8. What ad platforms does Socioh support?

Socioh supports all social media platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and AppLovin.

9. What feed formats does Socioh work with?

Socioh works with all feed formats, including XML, CSV, TSV, TXT, and all feed platforms, including Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, DataFeedWatch, etc. We also offer direct integration with Shopify.

10. What DPA ad dimensions does Socioh support?

Socioh provides all DPA creative dimensions, including 1:1 (Facebook/Instagram carousel), 4:5 (Facebook/Instagram carousel, Instagram reels), 9:16 (Facebook stories and reels, Instagram story). We also offer Product Level Videos (PLVs) in 1:1, 4:5,  and 9:16 formats. We are happy to work with brands to work in any additional dimensions that they might prefer for TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or AppLovin.

11. Does Socioh provide Product Level Video (PLV) for DPAs?

Yes, Socioh is the industry leader for PLVs, delivering movie-quality content at 60 frames/second at both product and variant levels.

12. Does Socioh offer A/B testing for catalog ads?

Yes, Socioh has advanced A/B testing capabilities. We offer both incrementality and parallel testing without any loss of learnings:

  • Test multiple design variations against your current BAU catalog without losing learnings
  • Test up to 20 creatives simultaneously in a new catalog

We will work with your growth team to find the winning design according to your KPIs and internal parameters.

13. Can I customize designs by product category?

Yes, while we recommend running at least one full-store ad, we can provide different design treatments for any bestselling categories or collections that the brand would like to advertise in a separate product set.

14. Can Socioh handle enterprise-scale catalogs?

Yes, Socioh is built for large, enterprise-scale catalogs, comfortably supporting feeds of 1M+ products. We are happy to work with you to handle any custom requirements.

15. How does Socioh pricing work?

Socioh’s Subscription Plans are based on the brand’s monthly online revenue. Plans are all-inclusive and are billed monthly, so you are free to cancel at any time. No forced contracts, no surprise add-ons.

16. Why revenue-based pricing instead of a flat fee?

As brands grow, so do their requirements.

With higher ad budgets, brands need more creative options for additional social platforms, in multiple dimensions. They may also start testing PLVs. Since Socioh offers custom designs and manual quality checks, this exponentially increases the number of man-hours our team puts in.

17. What's included in the price?

Socioh’s pricing plans are all-inclusive and offer:

  • Complete design support with unlimited iterations
  • Designs in all dimensions - 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.
  • High-def PLVs (Product Level Videos) @60FPS
  • Manual quality check of your catalog
  • Collaborative A/B testing
  • Strategy and design calls with our CEO and CCO
  • 24/7 Slack support
  • Unlimited SKUs

All plans are billed monthly with no contract and the freedom to cancel at any time.

18. Will you auto-upgrade me to a more expensive plan as my revenue grows?

No, we understand that revenue fluctuates. We NEVER increase prices automatically. If you are over the revenue threshold for your pricing plan for 3 consecutive months, we will contact you and request that you upgrade.

Your plan will not be affected by increased revenue during high sale seasons like BFCM.

19. Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No, we do not charge a percentage of ad spend; our pricing is based on monthly online revenue.

20. What does "white-glove design service" mean?

When you sign up to Socioh, you will have a call with our Chief Creative Officer to discuss creative guidelines, approaches, and messaging. Based on this, Socioh’s specialized team of designers will present 5-7 initial creative concepts. We will work with your brand team to iterate on these till you are completely satisfied with the designs.

The Socioh team is always available to provide additional designs for sales, promos, new drops, or creative refreshes.

21. How long does setup typically take?

You should be up and running with your first catalog ad within 2 weeks of signing up with Socioh. This includes technical checks of your feed, design iterations, and catalog production by Socioh.

22. What kind of support do you provide?

Socioh’s global team offers 24/7 support on your dedicated Slack channel and email. Our founders (CEO, CTO, and CCO) are also available for strategy and creative calls as needed.

23. Can I make unlimited design changes?

Yes, we are happy to work with your brand and creative teams to provide as many design iterations as required till you are completely satisfied.

24. Do you help with strategy or just execution?

When you sign up with Socioh, you will have a call with our founder and CEO to discuss strategy, and with our CCO for design direction. Going forward, you will have a dedicated account specialist who will work with your performance team to work on ongoing optimization and testing.

Our CEO, CTO, and CCO are always available for any follow-up questions or calls.

26. Socioh vs doing catalog ads directly in Meta?

Meta natively offers frames and overlays with limited design control. These frames work for Facebook only and are not available for Instagram.

With Socioh, not only do you get a collaborative approach to designing and testing your DPAs, but you also get a specialized design team that works closely with you to deliver on-brand, high-impact catalog ads.

27. Do I need Socioh if I have an in-house designer?

Yes, designing for a single product is very different from designing for a catalog of 1000s of products. You need advanced automation features to change messaging and designs for your entire SKU count every time you have a sale or new arrivals, or need a creative refresh.

28. What's the difference between Socioh and Confect?

Confect is a DIY tool offering basic templates at a lower price point.

Socioh offers custom, on-brand designs, high-def videos, and expert guidance and strategy. Socioh’s collaborative approach, premium designs, and white-glove service make it the preferred choice for high-end, sophisticated brands.

Our white-glove design services, domain expertise (we’re the industry leader in feed-based ads), and continued support set us apart.

We are not just a tool but partners invested in your success.

29. Can I use Socioh with Feedonomics?

Yes, Socioh works closely with Feedonomics and is their official design partner.

30. Will Socioh run my ads for me?

Socioh offers expert guidance and will work with you closely on design, catalog setup, testing strategies, and performance reporting to help you find success with dynamic ads. However, we do not run your ads for you.
