The catalogs you create directly on Facebook are currently not imported to Socioh. If you'd like to import them, please get in touch with our support team using the chat button on the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.
However, if you’ve created a catalog in Socioh, but made edits to it (such as adding or deleting products, creating product sets, etc.) on Facebook, you should see those changes reflected in your catalogs.
You can also import all edits immediately by clicking on the 'Resync Catalogs from Facebook' option on the top right corner of your 'Branded Catalogs' page:
TIP: You can create product sets within your Socioh catalogs by editing them on Facebook. Then use the button above to import these changes to your Socioh catalog.
